Showcasing Manan Gandhi's construction expertise

I am immensely proud of my contributions to five major government housing and redevelopment projects across Ahmedabad: EWS P-35 Saijpur, Bapunagar, Khokhara, Parsibhatta, and Vadaj. Each of these projects was valued at approximately NZ$9–10 million, showcasing my capability to manage substantial investments and large-scale developments.

These government initiatives demanded meticulous oversight of the complete construction process. My role involved regular coordination with officers at various governmental levels, third-party consultants, subcontractors, and dedicated site teams. This experience significantly strengthened my ability to uphold stringent quality standards, maintain accountability, and ensure transparency throughout all phases of project delivery. My responsibilities included managing inspections, documentation, material testing, strategic planning, and daily site activities involving 100–130 workers.
